This Book is the First volume of the set consisting three books colectively known as – THE SHIVA TRIOLOGY. This story dates back to 1900 B.C.
The story features a man known as Shiva who lived in his homeland which was located in Mount Mandar an area somewhere near Tibbet. He was a simple yet brave, intelligent man. He was the leader of his tribe which was offered to join the Meluhan empire as an offer by the king. Finding it a opportunity to give his tribe a peaceful and comfortable life Shiva decided to accept the proposal.
He had a childhood friend in his homeland whose name was Bhadra [which later change to Veerbhadra] and he met another who a Meluhan.
The entire tribe was given the Somras [ A drink was Produced in Meluha ; Immotal Drink ]
Their ails were cured with the help of that drink after a fever which was cured by their veteran doctor known as Ayurvati.

He spends days there and finds the most beautiful woman he ever laid his eyes upon,Sati.
The Meluhan land was a perfect land , a paradise.

He comes to kbow that the people were facing problems against their neighbouring Empire, The Chandravanshis who try to divert the flow of  the Saraswati river which was among the main ingredients required the production of the Somras.
The people of the Meluha were very old because of the drink and believed in the legend of the NEELKANTH who would come and save  them from the clutches of the evil.
Because of certain reaction the throat of Shiva turned blue and everyone of that he was the hope .....
He is looked with the greatest respect, war is fought and when He meet the Rivals, the Chandravansis he find that what he along with entire Meluha believed was wrong. People who they considered evil and enemy were as thought of.

They Instead find a different Story.....

It's a war, a conflict and later a REGRET .

A quest of a man seeking his Destiny and Answers.
Find out what he gets...

There Is Very Interesting Ending . Must read to find out what we are, what we were. Is that what Lord Ram thought of and many other things.

[ Don't expect to get to know everything from me work yourself to how things End.]

An attempt from this reviewer .....

The book is beautifully presented by the author. Appropriate emphasis is laid upon each a every character. The Story is beautifully plotted ,it is a researched story and this is proven. I think is is worth reading and the price is also not very high. Cover is attractive [Never Judge a book by its cover].

If you don't believe me you gotta believe those 1.7 millions who have bought it because I believe they were not out of their mind while buying it. I personally one must buy it and at least buy and read the first part and i believe you will be driven to read other parts ...

[That is my personal Experience ]
